Changing sizes/Exchanges
Need to change a size or receive a store credit for our sustainable fashion and pieces? Please read the information below:
BLUE WHALE DESIGNS is happy to change your clothing size under the following conditions:
- The buyer must pay for the item to be returned to BLUE WHALE DESIGNS using Australia Post tracked express postage

The buyer must return the item to BLUE WHALE DESIGNS within 7 days of receiving the item

The item/s are unworn and all original tags and labels are intact

The item/s are in the original condition which they were received in by the sender. This includes no marks or stains (eg. makeup) and scents (eg. perfume)
*** Please note if these conditions are not met upon assessment, BLUE WHALE DESIGNS has the right to refuse the return. The item will then be returned to the sender. ***
How to change sizes:
Before changing sizes, please first email: bluewhaledesignsaustralia@gmail.com before shipping off your item! Please title the email as followed: Size Exchange, (Your Name), (Your Order Number)
Returns - Store Credit
How to request store credit:
If a size exchange is not suitable, store credit will be considered. Requests for store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. To request store credit, please send me an email at bluewhaledesignsaustralia@gmail.com. Please title the email as followed: Request for Store Credit, (Your Name), (Your Order Number)
*** Please note returns in exchange for store credit are not available for change of mind at this stage.***
